Keystone Development Trust, based in Thetford operates across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge. Set up in 2006 to provide sustainable community development the business model is simple – using its capital assets (buildings) to generate an income (mainly from rental of offices, factory units and conferencing space) it funds local community development projects. It has recently undergone a massive restructure and is now looking to grow from its newly reformed foundations. It is an exciting time in the Trust’s development and we are looking for new, highly motivated, diligent member of staff who wants to make a difference to our local communities.
We are looking for an experienced professional to support the financial smooth running of the Trust. Primarily a bookkeeping role it is based at one of our sites so the successful candidate can also be our on-site building co-ordinator.
The bookkeeping element of the role is Trust wide and will involve using SAGE 50 to mainly input proforma invoices and cash payments. You will also support the Finance Controller who currently raises all invoices, enters payments into the legers, reconciles payments, liaises with accountants monthly to produce management accounts for Senior Management Team and Trustees.
The office base for this post is Keystone Enterprise Factory on Brunel Way in Thetford but will involve occasional travel to the Trust’s other sites in Thetford, Brandon, Mildenhall; the ability to travel is essential.
