Trustee: Clive Wadham-Smith

Clive Whadham-SmithClive is an experienced  solicitor who divides his time between his legal practice which is  in the fields of company and charity  law and commercial property law and various non executive positions with  SMEs and charities.  This mix of work involves dealing with an assortment of legal and business issues in the private and public sectors and also the third sector.  As a solicitor he originally set up the Keystone company and has been involved with them  for many years, professionally , as a trustee and now joint chair.  Clive is also involved in various voluntary organisations in the village where he lives.

Trustee: Sheila Childerhouse

Sheila Childerhouse

Sheila Childerhouse has a wide breadth of experience within the public and voluntary/community sector. She brings an extensive network in the Health Service and has served for various local and regional Health bodies since 1984 in non-executive and chair roles. She led PCTs from 2000 and latterly she chaired NHS Norfolk & Waveney. She has also chaired provider trusts including Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. She is currently a non-executive director of the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

Sheila’s original background was in education and she was a local authority member for over 20 years, chairing major committees and was the portfolio holder for Social Well-being. She has led rural and urban regeneration organisations, including Keystone Development Trust. Sheila is a partner in a farming business and was a member of the board of the East of England Development Agency, and deputy chair from 2009, leading on economic participation and social inclusion.

Currently Sheila is developing a portfolio including executive coaching, organisational leadership support and partnership development, building on her broad experience of strategic leadership, innovation and change at local, regional and national level. Sheila is a school governor and a trustee of the Burrell Museum.

Trustee: Brenda Canham

Brenda CanhamBrenda is a local community member who has built up a wealth of experience as a Board Member for Peddars Way Housing Association and the Flagship Housing Group, where she sits on both Governance and Resources Regional Sub Committees. She has taken a variety of training courses including ones in Chairmanship, Conducting Interviews, Finance and Governance.

 

Trustee: Robert King

Robert KingBob has a background in construction, having spent 30 years working on medium to large scale projects throughout UK and the Middle East. He is a local Parish Councillor and also Director on a local Charitable Trust. He brings a range of project management skills to the board including the important expertise of monitoring and ‘controlling’ schedules, budgets and costs, ensuring projects are brought to fruition on time.

 

Trustee: Charlie Moss

Charlie MossCharlie is a retired Publican and a local Parish Councillor. He brings Keystone an understanding of rural issues, financial scrutiny and a deep passion for the locality.

 

 

 

Trustee: Monique Stevenson

Monique Stevenson

Monique is a local community member who has a background in procurement, previously working for a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based in Thetford. More recently she has transferred to the Oil and Gas Sector becoming a Project Coordinator, qualified to PRINCES2 Practitioner, handling small to medium scale projects within Europe, Latin America and Asia. She brings a range of skills to the board including close review of budgets and costs, along with actively involving herself within the charity organisation.

Trustee: Ryan Windsor

Ryan WindsorRyan Windsor is an entrepreneur and founder of UK based Windsor Capital Group and Windsor Properties specialising in property and financial investments. He received his PgDip from Cambridge University Judge Business School and BA Hons from University Campus Suffolk.

Ryan is a lecturer in Business Management and Enterprise Skills at West Suffolk College, and Mentor at The Thetford Academy and Social Incubator East.  Ryan also works internationally with Governments departments and NGOs on social innovation projects, participating and speaking at conferences and forums, with a particular emphasis on inspiring young people to become more enterprising and entrepreneurial.
