Community Development Manager

30 hrs per week

£20,270 per annum 

An exciting opportunity to join the Keystone team based in Thetford.

Starting at 30 hours per week – hours may increase with mutual agreement as projects grow.  Role requires flexibility as exact hours will be agreed in line with needs of specific community activities and the staff you will line manage. It will include some evenings and weekends.

We are looking for a dynamic person, passionate about community development who can motivate staff and residents alike. Confident and friendly with good influencing skills.

The role includes overseeing community activities, developing new projects, managing community team and being a proactive member of the management team at Keystone.

Community Development Officer (IAG) , Mildenhall

20 hrs per week, £16,000 – £18,000 per annum pro rata

An exciting opportunity to join the Keystone team based in St John’s Community Centre, Mildenhall.

Starting at 20 hours per week – hours likely to increase as activity in the centre develops. Will require flexibility as exact hours will be agreed in line with needs of specific community activities. Will include some evenings and weekends.

We are looking for a dynamic person, passionate about community development and in particular the St John’s area of Mildenhall. Confident and friendly with good influencing skills. The role includes overseeing activities running in the centre and providing information. Advice and guidance to local residents, working towards developing a hub of activity based in this new community centre.
