Cafe One is a not for private profit social enterprise run by Keystone Development Trust.  The cafe in Thetford has been operating since 2006. Cafe One in Thetford is based at the Keystone Innovation Centre on Croxton Road and is open to the public.

Cafe One in Thetford uses local, seasonal, fresh and fairtrade products.  All of our sandwiches are freshly prepared on site everyday and we also offer homemade daily specials.

Cafe One’s homemade cake slices offer the perfect accompliment to your freshly made hot drink. By using the finest Arabica coffee which is hand roasted in East Anglia, our baristas will make you your:

The Cafe in Thetford is open Monday to Friday 9.00 - 2.30. Offering free wi-fi internet, Cafe One is the ideal place to meet collegues for a coffee and a light bite.

Cafe One is only a couple of minutes walk from Thetford Train Station, and five minutes walk from the centre of the town.

The cafe is pushchair and wheelchair friendly, making it the ideal place to have a catch up with friends.

Cafe One was awarded in 2010 HONOR award which shows that as a catering establishment we offer our customers healthier options and alternatives. Our team will be more than happy to explain what healthier ingrediants we provide.

Our food hygiene rating was scored 5 out of 5 by the Breckland Food Safety Team in June 2011.
